Delivery rates start at just $65 in the general Rocklin area and go up based on distance from there. At this time we only offer delivery and a minimum product order of $200 is required.
For orders more than one month out, a 50% deposit is required for all future reservations. For less than one month, we may require 100% of the total. You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days prior to your event. If 6 days or less until your event, a 10% convenience feel will be charged based on the full amount of your order.
Yes! For an additional 25% of the cost of each item requiring set up, we are happy to offer that service. Break down is an additional 25% per item. For difficult or large items such as staging or dance floors, set up is included.
People love to party and we get booked up fast! Better to get your order in at least a month in advance than to wait. Of course not every item is booked up that far in advance so we're happy to accommodate you in any way we can on short notice. Rocklin Party Rentals takes every measure possible to ensure that the items you receive are clean and sanitized. We would never want to take any risk of exposing you or your guests to any unwanted contamination.
At this time Rocklin Party Rentals operates out of a facility that is not open to the public. in most cases we deliver well in advance of your event and with the current price of gas and the time it takes you to pick up the order, unload at home, load back up and bring back to drop off, we feel our affordable delivery fees far outweigh the minor savings of doing it yourself.
Our delivery fees are the lowest in the area. Even with high fuel prices and labor costs we try to make it as affordable as possible to help you enjoy your event. Homes and venues with large backyards with long and/or difficult access to the area where you would like the items placed can significantly increase our time and impede our ability to deliver all of the orders for everyone in a timely manner. Because of our low fees, we insist that items are delivered to an area in your yard that is convenient for both us and you. We also insist that items be returned in the manner and location as to where they were originally dropped off. What this means is that typically we deliver to THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE or an area at the venue in close proximity to our delivery truck not to the far end of the property or the back side of the house that is not close to the delivery truck. If items are not broken down and/or placed in the general area and same manner (stacked on dollies etc.) where they were originally delivered a 25% fee of the total amount of your rental order will be charged to your card on file.
