We're Brian & Thomas - the Rocklin Party Rentals team — and we've been doing this a long time.
Almost 20 years, thousands of events, and one simple goal: show up on time with everything you ordered and make your day easier, not harder. We live right here in Rocklin, we know these neighborhoods, and we genuinely love being part of your most important moments — weddings, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries. After 15 years running a rental company in Sacramento, Brian stepped away for a while. But some things pull you back. This was one of them.
How delivery works:
We deliver directly to your event location — no warehouse pickups, no self-haul. Orders typically arrive the day before your event so you're never scrambling. Delivery fees start at $65 in Rocklin and vary by distance. A $200 product minimum applies for delivery.
To keep our delivery fees the lowest in the area, we do ask that items be placed in an easily accessible location — long backyard paths or difficult access routes take extra time that affects everyone on our schedule. We also ask that everything be returned to the same spot for pickup. That's it — simple, easy, and we'll take care of the rest.
Absolutely wonderful customer service! We used them for our wedding rentals (chairs and tables) and everything was perfect! The owner is very sweet and mindful of the stress of a wedding. He was very communicative about everything and works so hard.
